We are seeking a dedicated Chemical Compounding Operator to produce batches of coatings and paints, ensuring they meet customer and company specifications by following Batch Tickets.
Responsibilities
- Produce batches of coatings and paints according to customer and company specifications.
- Follow Batch Ticket instructions meticulously to ensure product quality.
- Operate mixing, blending, and compounding equipment effectively.
- Maintain a positive attendance record.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Essential Skills
- Experience in batching, blending, sanitation, or manufacturing with liquid-based products.
- Familiarity with chemical mixing and compounding processes.
- Ability to follow detailed Batch Records and Batch Tickets.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in chemical operation and chemical manufacturing.
- Knowledge of batch mixing and food manufacturing processes.
Work Environment
The work environment includes two shifts: 1st Shift Monday - Friday from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 2nd Shift Monday – Friday from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. Training will be conducted from 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for one week for all shifts. Employees have the option to volunteer for overtime, with some working up to 80 hours a week. The dress code and equipment usage align with standard chemical manufacturing practices.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Green Bay, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.75 - $23.75/hr.
