Job Title: Marketing Manager

Reports To: President

Job Description: Manage all social media, website, video crews etc. Review and manage all analytics, communicating where necessary to the team and dealer network

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage website sales of Parker apparel.

· Collaborate with staff to create catalogs, brochures, POP and other sales support items.

· Distribute press releases and dealer communications as needed.

· Create and maintain calendar of events; advertising production calendars

· Maintain industry publications archive.

· Manage and schedule photo shoots as needed.

· Fulfill dealer/sales manager with collateral requests and monitor inventory; invoice dealers as appropriate.

· Archive for photography.

· Maintain records of corporate and competitive ads and article mentions.

· Liaison for Dealer Intranet Marketing page.

· Provide additional support and conduct special projects as needed.

Knowledge, Education and or Experience required:

· Must be detail oriented.

· Excellent writing, proofreading and organizational skills

· Ability to interface with all levels of management

· Excellent PC skills including Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

· Familiarity with internet and e-mail process.

· Able to work independently or as part of a team

· Understanding basic office practices and procedures.

Physical Requirements:

· Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment where ambient air temperature can exceed outside air temperature occasionally.

· Must be able to bend at waist and knees and stand for extended periods of time.

· Must be able to lift 25 pounds when necessary.

· This is a safety sensitive position.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The factory in certain areas maintains a high fiberglass and dust environment.

Personal Protective Equipment might be required in certain areas of the factory including but not limited to safety glasses, respirator, hearing protection, gloves and protective garments.
