Job Description:
*Responsible for building relationships with new and existing job seekers in the local market
*Collaborate with sales managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria
*Screen resumes, applications and select qualified candidates
*Schedules interviews; oversee preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials
*Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, and directors
*Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details
*Coordinating preemployment screenings, distributing background checks, and administrative work before the client starts
*Identifying active job seekers for specific amongst various internal / external job boards, client referrals, & previous contractors
*Identifying potential sales leads
Projected Earnings:
*Year 1: 45k-55k
*Year 2: 50k-75k
*Year 3: 70k-100k

Qualifications:
*Bachelor's degree
*Customer Service experience preferred

*Monday to Friday
o8am - 5pm
Ability to Commute:
*Bala Cynwyd, PA (Required)
Work Location: In person, on-site 5 days a week
