Job Details:

• Work 3x12 hour night shifts with every other weekend required
\n• Must be willing to float to all competent units within facility
\n• 13-week assignment duration
\n• 36 hours of orientation required
\n• Must have 18+ months of true telemetry experience with cardiac experience
\n• Experience required with titrating drips, pre/post cardiac catheterization patients, and sheath management
\n• Travel experience required - no first-time travelers accepted
\n• Must have minimum 1 year of nursing experience
\n• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS (AHA), CPI, and NIHSS; TNCC preferred
\n• Must pass mandatory EKG exam on orientation day with 80% or higher, including lethal rhythms
\n• Cerner charting system experience required
\n• Missouri RN license or compact license required
\n• Navy blue scrubs required
\n• CEU requirement: 8 cardiac and 8 stroke CEUs
\n• Care for adult and geriatric patients in a 451-bed facility
\n• Work with interdisciplinary support including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, and rapid response teams
\n• Must complete pre-start HealthStream modules (4 hours for telemetry)
\n• No block scheduling permitted and time off requests after submission will not be approved
