Job DescriptionWe are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Paramus, New Jersey. In this role, you will play a key part in managing inventory processes and supporting supply chain operations. This part-time position offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic environment while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in inventory-related tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and update systems as needed.
• Conduct audits to ensure inventory data aligns with physical stock.
• Utilize ERP systems to track and manage inventory processes.
• Create and analyze charts and graphs to monitor inventory trends.
• Handle inbound calls and address inquiries related to inventory.
• Perform clerical duties such as data entry and filing to support inventory operations.
• Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure smooth inventory flow.
• Assist in generating reports to provide insights on inventory performance.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures for inventory management.
• Support the implementation of inventory management technologies and tools.• Proficiency in ERP systems and solutions, including Cerner Technologies and Epic Software.
• Familiarity with financial services and supply chain processes.
• Strong skills in auditing and data analysis, including creating charts and graphs.
• Experience in answering inbound calls and providing exceptional customer service.
• Knowledge of clerical duties such as record-keeping and data entry.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time role.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Previous experience in inventory management or related fields is preferred.
