Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the 25/26 school year in the Kansas City, MO area, with placement in Lees Summit, MO. The role involves working with early childhood students in a school setting on a contract basis. This opportunity offers the chance for continued placement in the 2026-2027 school year.
Key Qualifications:
- Must possess ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP)
- Valid Missouri SLP License is required
- Experience working with early childhood populations preferred
- Background in school-based speech-language pathology
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language intervention to early childhood students
- Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with educators and families to support student communication goals
- Maintain documentation and comply with district policies and regulations
