Home Care Administrator / Office Coordinator

Salary: $55,000–$68,000 annually (based on experience)
Care at Home is growing and looking for a strong Administrator to join our Oregon team.
We are a rapidly expanding home care agency backed by over 10 years of home care experience through our family of agencies. Our focus is simple — responsive service, strong communication, and quality care that helps people remain safely at home.
This is a full-time position for someone who is organized, dependable, and enjoys keeping operations moving smoothly in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Manage daily office and administrative operations
• Support intake, scheduling, and caregiver onboarding
• Track paperwork and ensure timely follow-up
• Communicate with caregivers, clients, and team members
• Help manage operational workflow and task completion
• Support leadership and agency growth initiatives
• Keep systems, files, and communication organized and moving
Qualifications:
• Administrative or office experience required
• Home care or healthcare experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently
• Detail-oriented and dependable
• Comfortable with technology and office systems
• Positive attitude and team-player mindset
