Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Refrigeration and Kitchen Equipment Technician with a minimum 10 years' FULL REFRIGERATION ON KITCHEN EQUIPMENT EXPERIENCE ONLY.

We are a locally owned business with a family atmosphere since 2001 and going back to 1959 with my father and grandfather.

The Service Technician will enjoy working independently as a representative of PWH Mechanical, Inc. performing highly skilled level work such as maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnosis and repair of refrigeration, walk-ins, display coolers, reach-in coolers, ice machines, and Kitchen Equipment (Hot-Side and Cold-Side a PLUS)

Duties and responsibilities

Provide knowledgeable and courteous repair service.
Maintain high-quality customer service and care.
Provide timely and quality repairs.
Provide detailed notes and pictures in all work orders assigned.
Keep a clean, organized truck.
Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

Team player who is able to ensure fast, reliable, and expert service to every customer.
Ability to follow directions and specific process steps to ensure quality workmanship.
Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision.
Must possess and maintain a valid state driver's license, with a clean MVR.
Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
EPA Certification Required.
5+ years refrigeration/freezer/ice machine experience.
MUST be able to pass a Federal Background Screening.

Physical requirements

Regularly required to stand; walk; climb; carry; bend; kneel; reach; push; pull and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
