Incentives:

Sign-on bonus of up to $15,000 for experienced nurses in select departments.

Qualifications:
-
Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.

Licensure: Responsible for obtaining and maintaining a current RN license in the state of employment, including compliance with all state board of nursing regulations.

Physical Requirements: The role necessitates the ability to push, pull, or lift up to 50 pounds regularly. Prolonged standing and walking are required during each shift, along with the capacity to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as needed.

Certifications:

ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support).

BLS (Basic Life Support) or successful completion of the course within 30 days of hire.

Additional unit-specific certifications as required, to be obtained within the designated timeframe.
