We are seeking a motivated and dependable Customer Service Representative to support daily operations and customer service needs. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers.

Starting pay $12

Hours 7:30 to 5:30 Monday thru Friday

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers

Look up parts and provide quotes

Process payments accurately

Reconcile statements and maintain records

Support the Writer Manager with daily tasks

Qualifications:

Strong customer service and communication skills

Basic computer skills

Ability to multitask and stay organized

Sales and/or parts experience is a plus, but not required
