We are seeking a Construction Supervisor to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
- Allocate resources and labor for assigned projects
- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
- Schedule work assignments
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
- Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications, including building code
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
- Framing Experience / Knowledge preferred
- Building Code Knowledge preferred
- Familiarity with construction management software
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to speak Spanish a Plus
