Medical Temporaries, Inc. is currently seeking an experienced Office Manager - Registered Nurse-Endo
- Minimum of 3 years of experience required.
This is a FULL TIME/TEMP TO HIRE position requiring availability between the hours of 7:00 AM- 4:30 PM or until the last patient leaves, which is usually 4:15 PM or 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, 36-40 hours a week, located in Virginia Beach, VA 23456.
Responsibilities:A Day in the Life of an Office Manager - Registered Nurse- Endo Manager:
As a Registered Nurse (Endoscopy Outpatient), you will be responsible for providing excellent patient care while abiding by all HIPAA laws and regulations in an outpatient clinic setting. Your role is instrumental in leading and managing a diverse group of healthcare staff with excellent communication skills and the ability to promote an exceptional work culture. You will lead the Infection Prevention/ Safety Program, prepare and assist with the recovery of the patients, oversee employee assignments and activities, ensure office efficiency, prioritize tasks appropriately, and act as a valuable clinical team member. You will also be responsible for employee staffing and schedules, quality control, and ordering supplies. This position is in Virginia Beach, VA 23456!
Requirements for the Office Manager - Registered Nurse- Endo:
- Required: 3+ years experience
- Required: Valid Virginia RN License
- Required: ACLS (IF YOU DO NOT HAVE IT, THE COMPANY IS WILLING TO PAY FOR THE CLASS)
- Required: Managerial/ charge experience ideally OR, Pre-Op, or PACU setting
- Required: Ability to pass Background Check and Drug Screen
- Required: Must be reliable and a quick learner and have ability to multi-task with accuracy in a very busy environment
- Required: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications for the Registered Nurse- Endo:
- Preferred: Knowledge of Gastroenterology is preferred, but not required.
