Job DescriptionVIP Staffing is Looking for a Receptionist to fill in for a short term assignment with a great company in Albuquerque, NM This position will be from June 22- June 26th 8:30 am - 5pm , with a 1/2 day of training on June 18th from 1pm-5pmPay for this position is $15.00 per hour
As a Front Desk Receptionist you will:
- Greet visitors and employees with a warm, professional demeanor
- Answer and route incoming calls promptly and courteously
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Schedule appointments and support internal departments as needed
- Maintain visitor logs and follow company security procedures
- Provide general office support and complete special projects as assigned
Receptionist candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Six months or more of receptionist or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Dependable, professional, and able to work with minimal supervision
