Job Responsibilities, but are not limited to:
· Greet customers
· Perform check-in duties for all services
· Accept payment on the Point of Sale, Cashiering
· Verify all paperwork is properly completed by the applicant
· Perform blood collections
· Collect specimens for drug screens
· Perform data entry of applicant information in an accurate and timely manner
· Process billing information and collect payments when required
· Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis
· Maintain applicant and specimen information logs
· Provide superior customer service
· Administrative and clerical duties as necessary, maintain supplies
· Opening and closing checklists
Job Requirements:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency or previous employer is required
· Nevada Public and Behavior Health Lab License
· Previous experience as a phlebotomist
· Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
· Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
· Ability to work independently or on a team
· Reliable transportation
