Compensation: $17-$19 per hour
Reports to: Kitchen Manager

Position Summary:
Knowledge of station scheduled to work on shift, and to prepare and execute all recipes and menu items to specification.

A Day in the Life:

Facilitating the station, you are responsible for, ensuring that all items are prepared correctly & timely

Familiarizing with the station, setup, service and closing

Following State and County Health Code requirements for ware washing, cleanliness, sanitation, and equipment storage at all times.

Ensuring cleanliness, organization, and structure of all areas of the kitchen and other areas as assigned.

Maintaining a professional attitude of teamwork, cooperation, communication and accountability.

Meticulous attention to detail throughout the work shift.

Commitment to performing daily duties e.g. opening, closing, and side work.

Basic janitorial skills to clean up spills, broken glassware, etc. immediately.

Willingness to report any issues to management that cannot be addressed immediately.

Commitment to all around cleanliness.

Other duties as assigned by management.

Experience and Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED preferred.

1 year of culinary experience (we will provide training as needed).
