Responsibilities:
• Process and manage full-cycle payroll operations to ensure timely and accurate employee compensation.
• Handle multi-state payroll tasks, ensuring compliance with regional regulations and policies.
• Utilize ADP Workforce Now for payroll processing and reporting needs.
• Maintain payroll records for over 500 employees, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Enter and verify payroll data, addressing discrepancies promptly to prevent errors.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payroll-related inquiries and issues.
• Support additional payroll-related tasks and responsibilities as assigned.• Proven experience in full-cycle payroll processing.
• Familiarity with handling multi-state payroll operations.
• Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now for payroll management.
• Previous experience working with payroll for over 500 employees.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in payroll data.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively within a part-time schedule.
• Knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance standards.
