Patient Care Coordinator (Full-Time, In-Person) – SageMED
SageMED is a fun, collaborative, and innovative integrative medical center, and we're excited to add a full-time Patient Care Coordinator to our front desk team!
This is a 40-hour/week, in-person position working four 10-hour days. If you're someone who enjoys working with people, can stay upbeat and organized in a busy environment, and brings kindness and reliability to every interaction, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:
As a medical receptionist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations and creating a welcoming experience for our patients. Responsibilities include:
- Checking patients in and out for appointments
- Answering phones and responding to messages in a timely, professional manner
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Collecting payments and verifying insurance details
- Assisting with intake paperwork and updating patient records
- Supporting providers and other staff as needed to keep the clinic running efficiently
