Position Overview:
As a Junior Fundraising Associate, you’ll play a vital role in supporting nonprofit campaigns by engaging directly with the public, representing our clients at community-based events, and inspiring new donors to support important causes. This is an entry-level position with hands-on training, mentorship, and room for growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Represent nonprofit clients at live fundraising events and outreach locations

Interact with potential donors to share campaign goals and encourage contributions

Maintain accurate donor records and reporting

Collaborate with team members to meet fundraising goals and campaign objectives

Attend team meetings, training sessions, and field coaching

Help coordinate and set up event sites as needed

Provide exceptional public representation of clients’ missions and values
