Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Mental Health Therapist, you will:

Requirements
- Master's degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
- Fully licensed by the State Board to provide therapy independently (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LCPC, LCSW-C, LISW, or LP).
Compensation
Pay: $77-$105 per hour, based on provider license type, session location, and session types.
*Please note: SonderMind does not provide office space; therapists are responsible for securing their own location for in-person sessions. However, we can assist in connecting you with other SonderMind therapists looking to share space.
