We are seeking a driven, licensed Insurance Sales Representative who is confident closing business and comfortable being part of our agencys public presence.
This role combines high-performance personal lines sales with social media visibility. You will quote and bind home, auto, and umbrella policies while also participating in short-form videos, community content, and agency marketing efforts.

Responsibilities
Quote and sell home, auto, umbrella, and personal lines policies
Work inbound leads generated through marketing and referrals
Follow our structured sales process from intake to binding
Cross-sell existing clients to increase household coverage
Review coverage gaps and educate clients
Maintain accurate documentation in the management system
Meet and exceed monthly production goals
Marketing & Social Media Responsibilities
Participate in short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Facebook videos)
Assist in creating engaging insurance-related content
Post and engage on Facebook and TikTok
Promote community events and partnerships
Represent the agency professionally both online and in person
Help grow agency visibility and brand awareness
You do not need to be an influencer but you must be comfortable on camera and confident representing the agency publicly.
Requirements
- Valid Michigan Property & Casualty Insurance License.
- Demonstrated sales experience, ideally within the insurance sector.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A genuine desire to help people and understand their insurance needs.
- Organized and able to manage a sales pipeline effectively.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM systems.
