Now Hiring: Civil Regional Leader (PE) - Land Development
Huntsville,AL | Full-Time | Hybrid Flexibility
A multi-award-winning, privately-owned engineering firm is looking for a Civil Regional Leader to lead their growing team.
🔹 What You’ll Do:
- Direct responsibility for land development projects, including multi-family, residential, mixed-use and commercial projects
- Be a primary client liaison, ensuring clear communication and a strong relationship
- Provide technical direction and mentorship to junior engineers and CAD designers
- Work directly under the Senior Vice Presient - building out a new business line in Alabama.

🔹 What we're looking for:
- BS in Civil Engineering or related field and registered P.E in AL
- 8-15 years of experience in civil engineering in land development ( residential, master-planned, mixed-use)
- 5+ years in Project Management or a leadership role is preferred
- Experience with private and municipal project coordination is preferred
- Strong book of business
