Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing & Outreach Specialist to join our team and lead patient engagement and community outreach initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Medicare and Medicaid-compliant marketing strategies and a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, especially within home care, primary care, and wellness services.

This position is not about direct solicitation or patient enrollment. Rather, it focuses on building relationships with community partners, senior centers, social workers, facilities, and local organizations to drive compliant referrals and patient awareness through educational and outreach activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute ethical, HIPAA-compliant, and CMS-compliant marketing campaigns targeting Medicare and Medicaid-eligible populations
• Establish and maintain relationships with social workers, case managers, senior living communities, hospitals, community centers, churches, and other referral sources
• Plan and host community health events, seminars, and wellness days to educate and engage potential patients
• Identify and attend health fairs, senior expos, and community events to represent the agency and promote services
• Track referral sources, analyze data, and optimize outreach strategies accordingly
• Collaborate with the internal team to align patient engagement efforts with agency goals

Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare marketing or outreach, preferably in home health, home care, or senior care industries
• Strong understanding of CMS and Medicaid/Medicare marketing regulations
• Excellent communication, networking, and public speaking skills
• Ability to work independently and meet performance targets
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
