We’re looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated customer service representative to provide an excellent experience to our customers. Job seekers should have a background in service, good computer skills, exceptional communication, listening, and problem-solving skills. Compensation:
$14 - $15 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls on product and service questions, customer complaints, and general customer inquiries
- Keep track of customer accounts and make updates with new account information as necessary
- Utilize scripts to handle difficult customer situations and bring them higher up, if necessary
- Make sure each customer’s complaint is addressed with care and precision to achieve full customer satisfaction
- Communicate frequent customer suggestions to the team to troubleshoot
Qualifications:
- Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere
- Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills
- High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
