Law Firm Intake Manager and Referral Partner Liaison

We are seeking a focused, motivated and organized individual to manage our intake team, and to track leads, signed cases and referrals.

Hired person will be responsible for two key functions:

I. Managing Intake Department

This role requires the individual to have prior experience managing two or more individuals. Hired person will manage in-house intake team to ensure they are promptly processing paperwork, inputting all necessary data into the case tracking database and following up through task completion. Hired person will be responsible for ensuring that the CRM is accurately updated by the intake staff, and that nothing is overlooked. Monitoring/updating CRM will be continuous throughout the day as new leads; signed cases and referrals are uploaded in real-time.

Hired person will also serve as primary contact for vendors, for service setup, billing issues, cancellation, etc.

II. Referral Partner Liaison

Hired person will be responsible for sending referrals to co-counsel throughout the country, and following up with co-counsel throughout case lifecycle until payment of referral fee to the firm. This involves sending out new referrals to co-counsel on a daily basis, following up to confirm receipt and accurate input of all client and referral information into the CRM.

Printing performance and referral status reports for lead partner and marketing director on ad-hoc basis.

Requirements:

· Quick, accurate typist: 55+ wpm

· Excel: Formatting and formula mastery

· Google Sheets: formatting and formula mastery

· Minimum 2 years managing small to medium on-site team

· Minimum 1 year of personal injury law firm experience.

· Salary and benefits:

· Starting Salary is $75,000.

· Benefits to start at 90 days, including 100% paid HMO for employee.
