We're partnering with an innovative healthcare organization to find a Distribution Operations Coordinator to support critical supply chain and customer operations.
In this role, you'll:
• Coordinate daily distribution and inventory activities
• Track shipments and resolve order-related issues
• Manage returns and replacement processes
• Partner with customers and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of product inquiries
• Support cross-functional projects and process improvements
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with operational procedures
We're looking for someone who:
• Has 4+ years of experience in supply chain, distribution, operations, or customer support
• Can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Is comfortable working independently and adapting to changing priorities
• Has strong communication and organizational skills
• Holds a bachelor's degree
