Job Description
The Production Control Coordinator assists and coordinates all activities involved in manufacturing goods within a production environment. The role involves working closely with the management team to ensure that work orders, parts, and materials are ready to meet production schedules. This includes producing work orders, delivering equipment to the needed department, and entering data into the system for supervisor access. The main objective is to ensure that production runs smoothly and efficiently, and that products are made on time.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate all activities involved in the manufacturing process.
- Work closely with management to ensure readiness of work orders, parts, and materials.
- Produce and distribute work orders.
- Deliver equipment to required departments.
- Enter data into the system for supervisor access.
- Assist in ensuring smooth and efficient production processes.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in inventory management.
- Experience in production and supply chain processes.
- Strong skills in Excel and order entry.
- Ability to expedite materials effectively.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Preferred experience with ERP systems such as SAP, NS, QAD, or JDE, or MES.
- Successful completion of an Excel test.
- High school diploma or GED.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.40/hr.
