Salary Range: $58,000 - $85,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations and workflow to meet production targets.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of production operators, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and operational procedures.
- Monitor product quality, identify non-conformances, and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain a safe working environment and enforce all company safety policies and procedures.
- Troubleshoot production issues, equipment malfunctions, and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency and reduce waste.
Recommended Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing production, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory capacity
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment operation, and quality control principles
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a production team
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to production challenges
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
- Proficiency with manufacturing execution systems (MES) or enterprise resource planning (ERP) software
- Experience mentoring or training junior production staff
- Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001)
