What You’ll Do
As a Server at Ivy Cafe, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests have an enjoyable and seamless dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
- Taking accurate food and drink orders and communicating them effectively to the kitchen staff.
- Delivering food and beverages promptly and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Answering questions about the menu and making recommendations when needed.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including resetting tables for new guests.
- Collaborating with other team members to create a positive and efficient work environment.
