Join a well-established, independent family practice that’s been serving Garland for over 35 years! We’re looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Medical Receptionist to join our friendly and hardworking front desk team. We have low employee turnover and a youthful, energetic staff who enjoy working together and supporting our patients.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out
- Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries
- Schedule appointments and verify insurance
- Collect copays and update patient records
- Use eClinicalWorks EMR system
- Communicate effectively with English and Spanish-speaking patients
- Work every 3rd Saturday (with the Wednesday before off)
Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Friendly, organized, and dependable
- Comfortable with multitasking and technology
- Prior medical office experience is a plus (but not required)
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced setting
