Location Fort Worth, TX - 76102 & Colleyville, TX - 76034 | Onsite (1 opening per location)
Compensation & Schedule
• $20.00 per hour
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Full-Time, W2

As the first point of contact for customers, the Teller I plays a vital role in ensuring a positive customer experience by efficiently handling transactions and supporting branch operations. Success in this role is defined by accuracy, service quality, and contribution to team sales goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments, and night drop transactions
• Verify customer identity and transaction validity in compliance with bank policies
• Maintain and balance assigned cash drawer within established limits
• Assist customers with safe deposit access and respond to service inquiries
• Support branch cross-selling initiatives and promote financial products and services
• Process stop payments, official checks, money orders, and address updates
• Ensure BSA/AML compliance through accurate CTR and monetary instrument reporting
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 1 year of prior teller or cash-handling experience required
• Intermediate to advanced math and 10-key skills
• Minimum 25 WPM typing speed and basic computer proficiency
• Strong verbal and phone communication skills
CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• Teller cash dispenser / recycler
• Core banking platform (FIS, Jack Henry, or similar)
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Standard point-of-sale terminals
• Document imaging and transaction processing software
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Familiarity with BSA/AML compliance procedures
• Experience with dual-location support or float teller roles
• Customer retention or upselling experience in financial services
