With rapid growth comes opportunity. We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Camarillo, CA.
The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of tactical marketing programs that advance strategic business initiatives for Hygiena, reinforcing our mission to be the #1 food safety diagnostics company in the world. This role is responsible for coordinating and delivering marketing activities across multiple channels, including digital, print, and in-person events. Key responsibilities include coordinating trade shows and events, managing website content, supporting campaign execution via email, social media, paid search, developing sales and marketing collateral, and tracking performance metrics to optimize marketing effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Develops, executes and measures impact of marketing campaigns and other tactics to optimize programs that will have the largest impact on the business.
- Oversees trade shows and industry events by organizing display materials, placing orders with external exhibit warehouse vendors, coordinating logistics, and communicating with participating sales personnel to ensure successful execution of planned events.
- Executes social media tactics and maintains a strong confident company voice in platforms, including but not limited to, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Vimeo.
- Acts as mentor to level I and II team members, assisting where needed, in partnership with the Manager, Global Marketing.
- Gathers, tracks and analyzes performance metrics for all marketing activities and prepares reports. Presents reported data to stakeholders as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or a related field, or equivalent education and work experience required.
- Minimum of 3 year(s) of experience of B2B marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS 365 CRM) WebEx or similar web meeting applications.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, Vimeo.
- Strong knowledge of website content management system (WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, etc.) and HTML.
- Strong knowledge of marketing automation tools (email, landing page, forms, etc.).
- Knowledge of trade show exhibit management.
- Knowledge of e-mail marketing best practices and policies.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, digital advertising platforms such as Google AdWords and Microsoft Bing Ads, CRM systems, HTML and SEO.
Salary Range (applicable to California):
$26.00 – $31.00 hourly DOE

Working Conditions:
- Is required to work normal office hours Monday through Friday in the Camarillo, CA office.
- Will occasionally be required to travel less than 10%
- May occasionally work evenings and/or weekends
