We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Columbus, OH . Warehouse Rack Company is one of the largest distributors of used and new warehouse equipment in America. The ideal candidate is a team player with great customer service and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
· Greet customers.
· Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns.
· Update orders when changes are made.
· Process Payments.
· Assist office & operational staff with several administrative duties such filling, preparing reports, calling customers.
· Advise warehouse/yard personnel when orders will be picked up.
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in customer service.
· Ability to build rapport with clients.
· Ability to prioritize and multitask.
· Positive and professional demeanor.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong computer skills.
· No prior product knowledge is required. Training will be provided.
