Beecher Crossing Dental – Gahanna, OH
At Beecher Crossing Dental, we put our patients first by delivering exceptional care in a welcoming and supportive environment. As a Patient Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive experience while helping patients feel confident and cared for throughout their visit.
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $17–$21 per hour (based on experience)

How You’ll Make a Difference
- Provide exceptional patient service with compassion and professionalism
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Prepare and organize patient charts
- Verify insurance and assist with payment collection
- Process daily transactions, including deposits and credit card payments
- Support front office operations and assist with additional tasks as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Strong time management skills
- Previous dental or healthcare experience is a plus
- Must be 18 years or older
