Construction Project Manager - Special Projects Division

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Special Projects Division, focused on commercial interior and renovation projects typically ranging from $1M–$10M.

This role is ideal for a PM who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple projects at once, and takes pride in delivering high-quality interior spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial interior and renovation projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination, and client relationships
• Lead buyout, procurement, and subcontractor negotiations
• Coordinate closely with Superintendents, clients, and design teams
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Manage projects in occupied or active environments with minimal disruption
• Drive project closeout, including punch list and final turnover

Required Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
• Strong background in interior buildouts and renovations
• Experience managing projects in the $1M–$10M range
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong financial management skills (budgeting, forecasting, cost control)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a Special Projects / Small Projects division
• Experience working in occupied commercial environments
• Strong client-facing and relationship management skills

Compensation

• Midpoint salary of $120K+, with flexibility based on experience
