Pharmacy Intake Coordinator Compensation
• Pay rate: $23.26 per hour
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with company match is available for eligible employees
Pharmacy Intake Coordinator Highlights
• Contract-to-hire opportunity
• Onsite position in Centennial, CO
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
• Possibility of a rotating Saturday shift approximately once per month

Pharmacy Intake Coordinator Responsibilities
• Coordinate and process referrals received from referral sources
• Ensure all required documentation is received to process referrals in a timely manner
• Enter patient demographic, clinical, and insurance information into internal systems
• Verify insurance coverage and confirm patient acceptance of financial responsibility prior to initial shipment
• Communicate referral status, authorization needs, and patient costs with Sales, Access, and Clinical teams
• Notify patients and caregivers regarding insurance coverage and payment responsibilities
• Document progress notes accurately within the system
• Maintain strict confidentiality of patient and proprietary information
• Perform additional duties as assigned
Pharmacy Intake Coordinator Requirements
• Preferred medical or healthcare background
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple referrals and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency with computer systems and data entry
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
