We are seeking compassionate and reliable Home Health Aides to join our growing team. As an HHA, you’ll play a vital role in supporting clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence and dignity with quality care.
Role Overview:
As a Home Health Aide, you’ll assist patients with personal care, daily living tasks, and basic health-related services. Working under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed therapist, you’ll be part of a team delivering care plans tailored to each individual’s needs.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Support mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation
- Prepare meals according to dietary needs and assist with feeding as necessary
- Monitor and report changes in health, behavior, or environment
- Remind clients to take medications (no administration)
- Provide light housekeeping and laundry assistance
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Follow care plans and document daily activities and observations
The Ideal Candidate:
- At least 18 years of age
- Experience in home care, assisted living, or long-term care preferred
- Ability to follow directions and communicate clearly
- Dependable, patient, and compassionate
- Must pass background checks and health screening
- Reliable transportation is a plus
- High school or equivalent (Required)
