SENIOR GRANTS MANAGER
Seattle, WA
A Community Health Clinic in Seattle is looking for a Senior Grants Manager to join their team.
Overview of Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and oversight for multiple grant-funded projects ensuring regulatory compliance

Manage post-award grant functions including budget management, team coordination, and logistics

Lead financial reporting, account reconciliation, audits, and timely closeouts for grants and contracts

Monitor expenditures to ensure all transactions are allowable, allocable, and reasonable
-
Maintain braided funding allocations and allocate staff effort according to specific awards
-
Act as the primary point of contact for funders and mentor junior Grant Managers
-
Collaborate with data and finance teams to ensure accuracy of program outcomes and financial records
-
Uphold Indigenous values and practices with respect and integrity while serving the community
Schedule/Shift:
-
Four 10-hour shifts per week
-
On-site 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM
-
Occasional extra hours for events or deadlines
Pay:
$36.00 - $41.00 an hour (Dependant on experience)
Requirements:
-
Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Health Sciences, Public Health, or Business

2+ years of experience in program coordination and supervision
-
At least 1 year of direct experience in grants management

Strong understanding of post-award financial functions and budget development
-
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines
Additional Skills:
-
Experience working with American Indian/Alaska Native (AI/AN) populations

Master's degree in Public Health or Public Policy preferred

Exceptional writing and cross-cultural communication skills
-
Proficiency in Project Management standards (Time, Budget, Scope)
Contract Length:
Full Time Hours. Opportunity to convert to permanent hire after satisfactory completion of contract.
