Job Summary:

StoreRight Self Storage is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Relief Manager to join our team on a part-time basis at our Land O Lakes, FL location. The Relief Manager will be responsible for assisting in daily operations, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the facility operates smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, has strong problem-solving skills, and can handle various administrative tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, processing rentals, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
- Manage and maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the facility, ensuring it is welcoming and organized.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of all transactions, payments, and inventory of storage units.
- Conduct routine inspections of storage units and the facility to ensure safety and security standards are met.
- Handle customer concerns and issues promptly and professionally, offering solutions and resolving conflicts when necessary.
- Support the management team in implementing sales and marketing initiatives to attract new customers.
- Process rental agreements and ensure that all customer documentation is completed accurately.
- Monitor and report any equipment malfunction or repair needs to the management team.
- Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in business or customer service is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or property management is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in using computer systems and office software.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, to cover shifts as needed.
