Were seeking a skilled Machinist with extensive experience in CNC and manual machining to join a precision manufacturing team.

Key Responsibilities:


  1. Operate and set up CNC equipment and manual machining tools, including mills and lathes, to produce high-precision components.
  2. Work with materials such as aluminum and stainless steel, ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards.
  3. Utilize precision measuring tools, such as calipers and micrometers, to perform inspections and ensure part accuracy.
  4. Program CNC machines to produce components from scratch or modify existing programs to meet project requirements.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues to maintain workflow and minimize downtime.
  6. Collaborate with the production team to optimize machining processes and improve efficiency.
  7. Perform routine maintenance on machines and tools to ensure optimal performance.

Qualifications:


  1. 5+ years of experience in CNC operation and manual machining.
  2. Proficiency in interpreting blueprints and GD&T for precise manufacturing.
  3. Hands-on experience with mills, lathes, and other machining equipment.
  4. Skilled in using precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
  5. Experience in CNC programming, with the ability to write and edit programs.
  6. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
