An opportunity is available for a skilled Registered Nurse with expertise in Neuro ICU care to provide critical support in a dynamic healthcare environment. This contract position is based in Irmo, SC, offering the chance to apply specialized skills in managing patients with neurological conditions, including those with EVDs, lumbar drains, and subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH). The role demands proficiency in NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) assessments and requires at least one year of experience with Epic Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
Responsibilities include delivering high-quality nursing care to Neuro ICU patients, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and maintaining strict adherence to clinical protocols. Flexibility to float to other units or campuses within a reasonable radius is essential, ensuring comprehensive support across the health system when needed. Floating assignments will align with demonstrated competencies, and all candidates must have strong Neuro ICU experience to be considered.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active RN license with Neuro ICU expertise
- Minimum one year of experience utilizing Epic EMR

Schedule:
- Day shifts, three 12-hour shifts per week (07:00 19:30)
