About Tossgreen:
Tossgreen is a health-focused restaurant offering fresh, customizable Burrito, salads, bowls and catering services. We’re expanding our batch post (pre-prepared meals) and catering business and need a driven individual to find new clients and onboard them seamlessly.
Job Summary:
The Client Acquisition and Onboarding Specialist will identify and secure new clients for Tossgreen’s catering and batch post services, while ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. This role requires strong sales, communication, and organizational skills to grow our client base and maintain lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition and onboarding

- Identify potential clients (corporates) through research, networking, and outreach.
- Pitch Tossgreen’s catering and batch post services, emphasizing quality and customization.
- Guide new clients through the onboarding process, tailoring menus and logistics to their needs.
- Coordinate with operations and culinary teams to fulfill orders.
- Follow up post-onboarding to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
- Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Act as the main point of contact for new clients, resolving issues promptly.
- Promote Tossgreen at events and collaborate on marketing efforts.
- Uphold our commitment to health and sustainability in all interactions.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in sales or client relations, ideally in food/catering.
- Proven ability to meet sales goals.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.
- Passion for Tossgreen’s healthy, sustainable mission.
- Driver’s license and ability to travel locally, if needed.
