Job Title: Customer Service I
Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Duration: Contract - 6 months, with potential extension
Pay Range: $17/hr $19/hr (W2)
Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service I to join our dynamic team supporting Moog Medical Devices Group. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer support, order processing, and email-based service and a proven ability to resolve customer issues, manage orders accurately, and coordinate repairs and replacements.
Schedule and Work Environment:
- Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM Utah time.
- Minimum of 6 months fully on site. This is not a guarantee to transition to remote.
- All training is in person with mandatory attendance requirements.
About the Client
Moog Medical Devices Group designs, manufactures, and distributes enteral feeding and infusion pumps that improve patient safety, optimize performance, reduce medical expenses, and support critical care needs.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers by email with questions, service requests, order placement, accounting needs, and product support.
- Process customer orders and product repair requests in the ERP/order entry system.
- Generate and transmit order confirmations and set delivery expectations.
- Support and initiate pricing dispute processes as needed.
- Process product replacement orders, provide shipping labels, and coordinate returns and replacements in a timely manner.
- Research, address, and escalate customer issues; respond to inquiries, report urgent complaints, investigate disputes, and provide warranty information.
- Provide support to customer service and sales teams, including assistance with projects, reporting, and customer-related issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Related experience or training in customer service, call center, or a similar role preferred.
- Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with ERP or order entry systems.
- Email-based customer support experience in a medical device or regulated environment.
