Document Control ClerkResponsibilities:

  • Facilitates the creation, implementation and revision of Standard Operating Procedures
  • Oversees the assignment, formatting/editing, tracking and issuance of equipment and process protocols for departments within a manufacturing environment
  • Creates, issues and reconciles manufacturing practices handbooks
  • Organizes and maintains filing system
  • Coordinates reports and other key documents completing reviews of each document regularly
  • Performs destruction of company documents per destruction policies
  • Provides internal customer service between the document control center and department heads

Qualifications:

  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED
  • Good Computer skills
  • Knowledge of MS office tools: Excel, Word
  • Experience in SAP, preferred
  • Related manufacturing experience preferred but not required
  • Attention to detail, multi-tasking, and ability to work with multiple vendors.
  • Display good communication skills and the ability to be firm, direct, and maintain good relationships.
