Document Control ClerkResponsibilities:
- Facilitates the creation, implementation and revision of Standard Operating Procedures
- Oversees the assignment, formatting/editing, tracking and issuance of equipment and process protocols for departments within a manufacturing environment
- Creates, issues and reconciles manufacturing practices handbooks
- Organizes and maintains filing system
- Coordinates reports and other key documents completing reviews of each document regularly
- Performs destruction of company documents per destruction policies
- Provides internal customer service between the document control center and department heads
Qualifications:
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED
- Good Computer skills
- Knowledge of MS office tools: Excel, Word
- Experience in SAP, preferred
- Related manufacturing experience preferred but not required
- Attention to detail, multi-tasking, and ability to work with multiple vendors.
- Display good communication skills and the ability to be firm, direct, and maintain good relationships.
