Job DescriptionJob Summary: Welder:Play a vital role in our metal fabrication process. Your primary responsibility will be to perform MIG welding on various metal components. Your work will contribute directly to the production of high-quality products that meet our clients' expectations. Attention to detail, precision, and adherence to safety protocols are crucial in maintaining the exceptional standards set by the company.
Responsibilities: Welder:
- Perform MIG welding on carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum components, adhering to blueprints, engineering specifications, and verbal instructions.
- Set up and operate welding equipment accurately, ensuring precision and efficiency in all welding tasks.
- Inspect welds for quality, making necessary adjustments to meet Company's high standards.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production deadlines and maintain workflow.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain and perform regular cleaning and upkeep of welding equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Requirements: Welder:
- Preferred minimum of 3 years of experience in Welding within a manufacturing or metal fabrication environment.
- Proficiency in working with carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
- Strong understanding of MIG welding techniques and the ability to operate and troubleshoot welding equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and verbal instructions for precise welding operations.
- High attention to detail and ability to produce consistent, high-quality welds.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and flexibility to adapt to changing needs in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team to achieve production goals.
- Welding certifications (e.g., AWS) are preferred but not required.
- Robotic Welding experience is an ADDED advantage!
