Pick Packer Job Description
A Pick Packer is responsible for selecting, packing, and preparing items for shipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick products from shelves based on order lists
- Pack items securely into boxes, ensuring protection during transit
- Label packages correctly and prepare them for shipping
- Verify order accuracy (correct items and quantities)
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment when needed
Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift items (often up to 25–50 lbs) for extended periods
- Basic attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and reading skills
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not always required
