<li>Staff Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for patient care using nursing process, technology, and resources within institutional philosophy.</li>
<li>Performs unit-specific responsibilities within scope of service.</li>
<li>Maintains accurate documentation of nursing care for healthcare team use.</li>
<li>Completes initial patient assessment and develops plan of care based on patient and family needs.</li>
<li>Implements and modifies plan of care and nursing interventions based on evaluation.</li>
<li>Ensures patient and employee safety by reporting and correcting hazards and incidents.</li>
<li>Communicates effectively to resolve issues and provides constructive feedback for peer development.</li>
<li>Identifies own learning needs and fulfills departmental competencies.</li>
</ul>
<ul>Job Requirements
<li>Minimum three (3) years of relevant nursing experience.</li>
<li>Illinois state RN License in good standing required.</li>
<li>BLS (American Heart Association) certification required.</li>
</ul>
<ul>Schedule Information
<li>Night shift from 7pm to 7:30am.</li>
<li>12-hour shifts.</li>
<li>36 hours per week.</li>
</ul>

<li>Unit: CMH Neuro 8C (Neurology Unit)</li>

<li>Required Education: ASN.</li>
