Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' physical, cognitive, and psychosocial abilities to identify functional limitations and determine individualized goals.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessments and client-specific needs.
- Provide therapeutic interventions, including therapeutic exercises, activities of daily living (ADL) training, adaptive equipment remendations, and environmental modifications.
- Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly to achieve optimal outes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current and valid state license or registration as an Occupational Therapist.
- Previous experience working as an OT is preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of occupational therapy principles, assessment techniques, and evidence-based interventions.
