<li>100% outpatient position using EMR with both in person and virtual visit options</li>
<li>Full-time position in a certified Patient Centered Medical Home model</li>
<li>Call is phone only with assistance of Patient Advisory Nurse and spread among a physician group of &gt;10</li>
<li>Join a team of 3 physicians, 3 APPs and excellent support staff</li>
<li>Team-based care model for patient care</li>
<li>In addition to Adult Medicine, specialty services provided at our clinic include Dermatology, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, Gynecology, Radiology, Pediatrics, Genetics, and Allergy</li>
<li>Teaching opportunities available</li>
<li>Opportunity for additional hours in Urgent Care is optional</li>
