Administrative Assistant/Sales Assistant/Customer Service.

THIS IS AN 'IN OFFICE' POSITION. (not remote work)

Position is a General Administrative Assistant position that directly supports sales.

Daily tasks include;

Generating customer quotations, processing customer orders, detailing parts to integrate into quotations, customer service, working with staff to process customer art and design work, image proofing, facilitating repair and replacement of customer-owned equipment, shipping tracking, billing, direct customer contact, and all aspects of managing the customer relationship. Admin/Sales assistant works between sales and all other departments, Billing, Service, Manufacturing, and Design. We provide all training and software tools with training.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities required and Education/Experience:

  • Great organizational skills
  • Detail orientation, many details, all ducks in a row.
  • Time Management skills
  • Responsiveness
  • Filing, managing information flows.
  • Data entry, verify contact info on all accounts.
  • Some Sales Experience helpful, not necessary
  • Hubspot CRM experience helpful, not necessary, bonus skill
  • email Marketing experience helpful, not necessary, bonus skill
  • Driver’s License/must provide own transportation.

Communication and Numeric Skills:

  • Phone skills, direct calls to customers to solve problems, shipping tracking, other.
  • General Financial Acumen (pricing, discounts, markups, general arithmetic)

Computer Skills:

  • Computer skills such as Word, Access, Excel, Power Point, Goldmine Contact Management (we train) , e-mail, Quotewerks (we train), web, Adobe Acrobat Reader. We provide training on all software and tools used to perform daily tasks.

Physical Demands:

  • Exhibit delivery training for end users. Fast paced office environment with deadline.

Working Conditions:

  • We work as a team collaborating on most projects. We have many experienced people to help a candidate learn the job. The work environment is in a climate-controlled office environment during normal business hours. Some off-site trips to trade show venues or customer locations will be required from time to time, infrequently. This job has a long learning curve. Candidates looking for a short term gig are probably not a good fit. Think 1-3 years.

Part Time Hours: 20-29 flexible and customizable by candidate.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
