Bookkeeper

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- At least 3 years' work experience in accounts payable and receivable.
- Experience with SAP Business One or a similar accounting software.
- Outstanding knowledge of Excel and QuickBooks.
- Strong organizational, communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
- Detail oriented, ability to multi-task, and prioritize.
- Comfortable in a team environment; collaborative.
- Highly driven and self-motivated with a hands-on approach to ensure the deliverables are produced on time with high quality.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively evaluate and draw conclusions from data
- Strong desire to continuously learn and improve skillsets.
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and maintain flexibility in a fast-paced, changing environment with attention to deadlines.
- All candidates must be authorized to work for any employer in the US.
Preferred Qualifications:
- QuickBooks & Excel: 2-3 years (Required)
- SAP: 2-3 years (Required)
- High school diploma or equivalency degree
- Ability to interpret, understand and follow instructions and solve problems
- Able to work well with others as a team member
